Vous n'aurez donc qu'à indiquer en complément le nombre d'emails envoyés via vos actions de communication (newsletter, communications, etc.) dans la rubrique opérations \> marketing.  ### Si vous n'avez pas activé le questionnaire employé Dans ce cas vous pourrez indiquer le nombre total de mails envoyés par votre entreprise, qu'ils s'agissent des emails marketing (comme les newsletter ou emails automatiques) ou ceux directement envoyés par vos collaborateurs.   Certains outils de messagerie comme [Microsoft 365](https://learn.microsoft.com/fr-fr/microsoft-365/admin/activity-reports/email-activity-ww?view=o365-worldwide) vous permettent d'accéder à des rapports d'activité  si vous souhaitez une donnée plus précise qu'une estimation.    -
