[Opérations](https://try.hellocarbo.com/knowledge/collecter-mes-donn%C3%A9es?hsLang=fr#op%C3%A9rations) # 🚚 Comment ajouter une livraison aval/client ? ### Option 1 : dans le formulaire directement ⚡ --- 👉 Dans la catégorie Opérations \> Livraisons aval/clients, à la question "Comment souhaitez-vous renseigner vos livraisons aval/clients? ", choisissez "Manuellement" . ![Livraison aval client](https://try.hellocarbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Livraison%20aval%20client.png?width=600&height=297&name=Livraison%20aval%20client.png) Ensuite, renseignez le questionnaire : **Méthode 1 :** renseigner le poids et la distance de chaque livraison **Méthode 2 :** renseigner les poids totaux et des distances moyennes **Méthode 3 :** renseigner les distances totales et des poids moyens, Dans tous les cas, merci d'indiquer les poids en tonnes et les distances en km. **Méthode 4 :** si vos prestataires vous fournissent directement des équivalents CO2, vous pouvez les intégrer en répondant oui à la question "Votre prestataire vous communique t-il les émissions de CO2e générées par vos livraisons ?".  ### Option 2 : en important un tableau 🔺 --- 💡 Si vous avez une grande liste de livraisons clients, vous pouvez utiliser la fonctionnalité **Import de fichier** de Carbo.
